Meat in our craft kebabs is manually produced in compliance with traditional family recipes. Meat used in our craft kebabs should be seasoned from to several to several dozen hours. Seasoning makes meat more tender and aromatic and prevents meat from falling apart in the production process and in the electric grill toaster.

Types of craft meat

We do not classify craft kebabs into types per craft production but rather per quality features. This is why craft kebabs include more expensive meat, in which the use of technological additives is reduced to the minimum and the content of meat is high. Craft kebabs may be produced from whole meat pieces or from minced meat. Our standard craft kebabs are produced in the following weight portions: 6 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, 30 kg. Upon a special client's order, we can also produce kebabs in larger weight portions or of non-standard dimensions.

Efes-Pol beats its market competitors, usually small enterprises, above all with its production of craft kebabs. All types of bistros or restaurants are limited by restrictions imposed on them by such authorities as the Sanitary Inspection (SANEPID) or veterinary authorities. They are unable to produce kebabs on a large scale and introduce them into large volume market sales. Thus, they usually outsource the services of larger entities that produce kebabs following their own production processes. Therefore, a very good kebab served in a bistro or bar owned by the manufacturer of craft products is often completely different from a product introduced into market sales.

Kebab manufacturer that has a long history - History of Efes-Pol

Efes-Pol is a renowned manufacturer of craft kebabs, that has a long history and experience on the Polish market. Our firm has been on the market for 30 years, now. It was founded by Fedai Simsek, who came to Poland at the end of the 1980s. At the beginning of the 1990s he opened a popular Turkish restaurant named „Sułtan Kebap". The owner himself was highly impressed with the popularity of his products not only in the area of one town, but also all over the country.

After operating as a catering firm for several years, the firm changed its profile into production of kebabs. It soon turned out that, due to high demand of individual customers as well as commercial chains, the production plant was too small to meet the required volumes. In effect, the present modern production plant was built. It now employs several dozen of employees and has the production capacity to process several tons of meat per month.

It’s worth mentioning that the production process has changed only slightly, which means that we can continue to produce craft kebabs in line with our traditional methods.
