The history of Efes-Pol Production Plant in Poznań dates back to the late 1990s, when Bernadeta and Fedaia Simsek opened their first restaurant, becoming the pioneers in marketing the traditional Turkish cuisine with its diversity of oriental spices, flavours and aromas in Poznań.
The owners made their best efforts to employ experts in the field, provide the top quality customer service and stylishly design the restaurant to recreate the original Turkish atmosphere. In effect, the restaurant became a great success. The place quickly attracted many regular guests and oriental food lovers.
Because kebab proved to be in such high demand, the owners decided to extend their catering business with production.
